No Celebrations After Winning a League on FIFA 10, Why?

It is disappointing for FIFA Developers not to include and display Clubs and Teams Celebrations after winning a League or Cup on FIFA 10 compared to real life soccer. Any Club or Team that won a league or cup supposed to celebrate after winning a cup or league by showing the Officials who are giving the Medals to each player and Club with further celebrations, and dancing between 3 to 5 minutes.
Display a Video of the UEFA or European Footballer of the Year, Best Player, Best Midfield, Best Defender, Best Goal Keeper and Best Striker on the FIFA games compared to real life soccer. If these feature, video and display is available on the PES 2010, why not on FIFA 10?
The Players Animations and Clubs Kits Design on FIFA for PS3 and XBOX 360 is disappointing compared to PES 2010 Players Animations Structures and Clubs Kits Design which are far more better than FIFA 10.
The Substitution Display during the Match on FIFA 10 need to be improved to display or show the Match Official who is making the Substitutions compared to real life soccer. Both Clubs and Teams Substitutions supposed to be displayed by showing the Coaches and reserved substitutions on the Bench. If these feature is available on the PES 2010, why not on FIFA 10?
I think it is time for FIFA Team and Developers to include UEFA Champions League and UEFA EUROPA League on the FIFA 10 compared to PES 2010 which has both of these important and most watch leagues.
The Gameplay on FIFA 10 need to be modified and improved with options and controls on Easy, Medium and Hard for new gamers, customers and fans. Most people prefer the gameplay on PES than FIFA because of it easier controls.
The Bugs that freezes the gameplay and players during the match on FIFA 10 needs to be fix within the shortest possible time to better enjoy the gameplay. This issue has happen to me many times in the middle of a game which is annoying.
I hope the above issues and problems are taking into serious consideration and fix them within the shortest possible time.

My feedback is for FIFA 10 developers concerning the improvement of the game. Who the hell are you to tell me what to do?
It is disappointing to come across a brat like you who don't know how to respond here with maturity and respect.
