Fifa 10 Problems

I installed today Fifa 10.I got a new PC this week with Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit. I started a match and had with full settings 75Fps max at the beginnig(Because my LCD 19" kann show only 75fps).When i made my first goal and i saw the replay,i just 11-25 fps !!!. And i get in Replays strange Graphic Errors(look @ screenshot).I Tryed everything...admin mode,compitabily mode...nothing .. i hope u can help me
