I CANNOT DO A GAME FACE!! WONT LOG ME IN HELP

i went to the website to try and make a Game Face and it even said Log In to create your own Game Face... i did (54 seconds later) i used my email from my PS3 and my password and i even Created a EA Account which is Lady_Zamba and Lady_Avalon (Is My Official ID for my PS3) I DID IT. Nothing shows at ALL It goes back directly where i was to log in and then after attempting to do it again (even though my email and password are correct) apparently a diffrent email pops out which isn't mine. I DON'T GET GAME FACE AT ALL IT'S COMPLICATED PLEASE HELP EA or ANYONE PLEASE :) :)|||can anyone reply back|||

Hey there,
Which part is giving you trouble currently - Are you trying to log in into the web site and it is not succeeding, or are you trying to generate a game face from a photo and this is the part not working?
