Getting update widget to update

Is this disabled somewhere? My friends get their scores and accomplishments updated but my says no updates all the time. My performance widget gets updated with everything so I don't see why my updates isn't updating. Any help appreciated.|||i noticed i could only view my updates when i wasn't signed in. Makes no sense to me either.
