Hi,
I had tried a lot of times to make a transfer of players of 60 to 66 rating to my half star team in Manager Mode, but it seems to be impossible. It always says that my transfer failed because my offer was ridiculous to the seller team.
I want to notice that I'm a 2.5 stars manager, my negociator level is 5, I offered 3 times more than the market value for the transfer and also offered 3 times the original player's salary so it would have 85% interest in my team (85% or more if it's possible) and after all of that my offer was rejected.
I have searched over the internet and it seems to be a bug. Is there any way to make a successful transfer of good players?
